Waiting is hard, takes so long
Well I sent off my short story submission today.
Story is good.
Query letter is pretty good.
But the synopsis I'm not 100% happy with. I think the more complicated the story the trickier the writing of the synopsis.
Oh and I have pneumonia. Not helpful in terms of having my head together for a final polish, but it will have to do.
I guess now all I can do is wait and see.

I know how hard it can be to think clearly when you're not well. My sympathies. Hopefully you'll be better soon. Wishing you luck with your story.

I've been pretty much bedridden for a couple of days now. Alana took me to the doctor this morning, although I am feeling a little better today. I'm glad I had redrafted story and query letter before I got sick though. As I'm struggling to type complete sentences at the moment...
